Pot Dispensary Owner Tortured

Four people have been arrested and charged with kidnapping and torturing a marijuana dispensary owner and cutting off his penis in an attempt to make him reveal where he had buried cash in the desert. Apparently the dispensary owner had taken his four torturers on a trip to Las Vegas last year where, authorities say, Ryan Anthony Kevorkian, his wife Naomi Josette Kevorkian, Hossein Nayeri and Kyle Shirakawa Handley hatched a plot to kidnap and rob him. In October 2012, they carried out the plan and broke into the owner’s home, stole money, bound, beat and kidnapped him and drove him out into the desert, allegedly torturing him with a blowtorch along the way. Handley has pleaded not guilty.
