Better head to the gas station. The latest Powerball jackpot rose to an estimated $400 million by Sunday morning, after the lottery drawing on Saturday failed to produce a winner. The jackpot is the fourth biggest in U.S. history and the third largest in the history of the Powerball lottery. If the winner chooses to take the prize in a lump sum, he or she will walk away with an estimated $230.3 million—but it probably won't stop there. Powerball's biggest-ever jackpot rose by $10 million between its penultimate drawing and the moment it was won last May. The drawing for this one is on Wednesday. Everyone, cross your fingers.
