A preschooler accidentally shot himself in Troy, Michigan while his mom was loading groceries into the car. He found the 9 mm handgun and ended up firing a shot into his side. He underwent surgery and is already out of surgery. The mother reportedly has a valid concealed pistol license but claimed the gun belonged to her husband.
