A police officer in Detroit was indicted Monday on charges of obstructing a murder investigation, allegedly because he knew about a murder scheme and did nothing to stop it. Dmarco Hoskins has also been arrested for murdering Brandon Rice, supposedly to keep him from testifying in court. Lately faces four years in prison if convicted.
