Federal prosecutors want former pharmaceutical executive Martin Shkreli, a.k.a “Pharma Bro,” convicted in August of defrauding investors, to forfeit his one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang Clan album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin. The government said it wants to seize Shkreli’s $5-million bail, along with other assets totaling $7.4 million in value, including the Wu-Tang album, an unreleaased Lil Wayne album The Carter V, a Picasso painting, and an Enigma machine from World War II. Shkreli will be sentenced next month with the most serious charging leading to a possible 20-year sentence.
