There’s a new addition to England’s extended royal family—the newborn baby daughter of Peter Phillips and Autumn Kelly. The girl is the first great-granddaughter of the queen, making her 12th in line to the throne, as well as the first daughter of Phillips and Kelly, who married 18 months ago. “'The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Princess Royal, Captain Mark Phillips and Autumn's family have been informed and are delighted with the news,” said a spokesman for the family. Kelly met Phillips at the 2003 Montreal Grand Prix, and found out he was the queen’s grandson only when she saw him on a show about Prince William.
