Look who’s in jail again! Randy Quaid and his wife Evi have been arrested in Vancouver on immigration violations. A California judge issued bench warrants for the couple earlier this week after they missed a court date for felony burglary charges. They’re set for a hearing before the Canadian Immigration and Refugee Board at 2 p.m. local time on Friday.
