Rangel: Romney's an 'Embarrassment'

Rep. Charles Rangel sure knows how to make a point. The Democratic representative from New York sat down with John Avlon Tuesday to slam Romney's candidacy, calling his recent oversees gaffes 'racist or just stupidity.'
