Students hoisting "Stop & frisk doesn't stop crime" and "Stop police brutality signs" put a stop to something else on Tuesday: New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly's speech. Kelly was supposed to deliver a lecture on "Proactive Policing in America's Biggest City" at Brown University, but after the controversial police boss spoke for a minute or so, he was interrupted by protesters inside the hall and departed 20 minutes later without finishing.
