Conditions are only worsening for Libya's rebels in Misrata, after Gaddafi's forces held forth in the city on Sunday, throwing mass-killing cluster bombs into the crowds and taking over hospitals. Shelling on Sunday killed 21 people and injured over 100, the rebels reported, and on Monday, pro-Gaddafi troops increased attacks on the city's key port to humanitarian aid, leaving rebels in desperate need of medical attention. Makeshift clinics have popped up in the area to treat the injured. "(With) all of this happening, we haven't seen NATO," said a rebel spokesman. "There have been no strikes for four days." NATO did not immediately respond to a CNN inquiry about its operations Sunday, though an official NATO report said the alliance conducted 142 attacks on Saturday, 42 of which were air strikes.
