A defensive end for the Washington Redskins alleged this week that referees have been unfair to his team because of its controversial name, seen by many as a racially insensitive slur against Native Americans. "Don't single us out," Jason Hatcher vented. "At the end of the day, it's the name. Don't worry about the name. We're players and we work our butt off too. So I'm just frustrated with it. We shouldn't have to be punished for it." Hatcher alleged that multiple unfair calls had been made in favor of the opposing teams.
