Rep. Grayson Won't Face Charges

After a domestic incident led Florida Rep. Alan Grayson's wife to file a protective injunction and accuse him of battery, authorities say he will not be arrested or charged. Lolita Carson-Grayson originally claimed her husband pushed her and hurt her, but a 911 call of the incident had her saying that she was the one pushing him, and he hadn't injured her. "I pushed him because he's been coming to the house and he's been disturbing my peace. Now he's leaving," she said.
