Brave or crazy? Reports have surfaced that an American woman was killed by government troops in Syria while fighting with rebel groups in the Idlib province. The State Department told ABC News that it's investigating the situation, but an official said that because of privacy concerns there would be no further comment. The woman was identified by Syrian state television as hailing from Michigan.
