Apple has backed out of a partnership with the Weinstein Company following revelations of decades of sexual misconduct allegations against producer Harvey Weinstein, Deadline reports. Apple Music had reportedly partnered with the Weinstein Company on an Elvis Presley biopic series, but withdrew from the production after a bombshell New York Times report last week detailing the extensive allegations against Weinstein. Weinstein has since been fired from the company. The Elvis biopic project has been cancelled, according to Deadline.
