With less than a month until Apple’s reported iPhone announcement set for September 10, the rumors are picking up speed. The latest report: Apple will be making a gold-covered iPhone to complement the black and white models. M.G. Siegler, a venture capitalist who blogs at TechCrunch, confirmed that one does exist and that it would “not be a totally blinged-out gold. Think less ‘gold’ and more ‘champagne,’” Siegler’s sources told him. Only time will tell.
