Report: Shooting at MSU

Morgan State University has been placed on lockdown after an alleged shooting occurred on the Northeast Baltimore Campus, reports the Baltimore Sun. Mixed reports, via social media, have been released regarding both the nature of the shooting as well as the exact location. Baltimore City Police announced, via their Twitter page, that the incident occurred at the Student Center and that an unidentified man was “at large.” A campus alert system sent a confusing mix of messages to students with the first alerting them of a potential stabbing, and the following two warning instead of a shooting. Local news stations are reporting only one victim at the moment, with non life-threatening injuries.
