The American Idol impresario Simon Cowell, 50, is engaged, Britain's The Daily Mail reports. The news comes days after his current flame Mezghan Hussainy was spotted with some serious bling: a Graff diamond valued in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Hussainy, 36, is a make-up artist who was born in Afghanistan.
