Rich Strike won the Kentucky Derby on Saturday in a stunning upset victory. The No. 21 horse, who wasn't even expected to run in the race, shot ahead at the end with only seconds to go, surpassing both of the frontrunners, Epicenter and Zandon. Rich Strike, a horse that had only run in seven races previously, had 80-1 odds of claiming the win.
