Robin Wright Still Has Not Received Equal Pay for ‘House of Cards’

Last year, Robin Wright made headlines saying she was not paid the same amount at House of Cards co-star Kevin Spacey. In a recent interview with United Airlines’ in-flight magazine Rhapsody, Wright said her equal payday still hasn’t come. “I don’t think I’m getting paid the same amount,” Wright said. “They told me I was getting a raise. But ... I don’t think so.” In 2014, Spacey was reportedly making $500,000 an episode while in 2015 Wright made approximately $420,000 per episode. “I really don’t like being duped,” Wright told the publication. The company that produces House of Cards said it would be impossible for Wright and Spacey to make the same amount since Spacey is a founding producer.
