Following the ongoing Sony cyberattack, actors James Franco and Seth Rogen have canceled all scheduled media appearances related to their upcoming film, The Interview. The decision comes after the hacker group known as the Guardians of Peace announced 9/11-like threats on theaters planning to screen the film. The Interview’s plot involves Rogen and Franco attempting to assassinate North Korea’s ruler, Kim Jong Un, which has raised suspicion toward the country’s involvement with the hacks. Rogen and Franco are still set to appear at a New York screening Thursday.
