Following the discovery of the body of a 19-year-old American student who went missing in Rome, a homeless Italian man was detained Tuesday in his murder. Cancer survivor and University of Wisconsin student Beau Solomon disappeared after going to a pub with friends Thursday night. His body was found tangled in vegetation in the Tiber River on Monday. Massimo Galioto, 40, has been detained and held for questioning on suspicion of aggravated homicide, police said. Officials did not provide further details.
