Mitt Romney is getting serious about next year's general election, skipping GOP primary debates, releasing attack ads against President Obama, and, now, naming a potential running mate. On the trail Tuesday, Romney said he would consider Kelly Ayotte, a Republican senator from New Hampshire as his partner for 2012. Romney told Fox News she is one of 15 people on his short list. Ayotte gave Romney a boost over the weekend by endorsing his candidacy.
