Mitt Romney does not want to be known as the “godfather” of the Affordable Care Act. But, he told radio talk-show host Hugh Hewitt that “if I’m the godfather of this thing, then it gives me the right to kill it.” Romney was responding to an assertion by David Plouffe, President Obama's senior adviser who, according to Mitt, “is the Rumpelstiltskin of trying to turn straw into gold.”
