More bad news for Mitt Romney this week. Several polls released in recent days have shown that the Republican presidential candidate is losing support among men. A CNN poll released Monday showed President Obama having a 1-point lead among men, while on Tuesday, an ABC News/Washington Post poll had Obama leading by 3 points among men and a Public Policy Polling survey on Tuesday had him in the lead by 1 point. Republican strategist Dan Judy admitted that “it’s definitely a concern” since “men, especially white men, are a core constituency for Republicans, especially in swing states.” Meanwhile, a CNN poll released Tuesday showed most voters think Obama will have an advantage in the three debates, while the president’s approval rating climbed to 51 percent.
