He also prescribed birth control. “I was also putting myself out of business, all this birth control,” he joked on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Tuesday. The presidential hopeful said that he thinks a woman should have the right to choose, but added “does the infant have the right to choose?” Paul said that while he would not ban the morning-after pill, he thinks abortions on more developed fetuses should not be allowed. “The baby at eight months and weighs eight pounds—should you, the mother have the right to abort?” he asked. “I have not been able to accept that.” He thinks changing people’s morality, not the laws, is what will solve the abortion issue.
