The plan is to go over debate topics and questions with advisers, but not in a mock-debate format. Biden may be known for his gaffes, but the GOP isn’t taking this lightly. “Vice President Joe Biden served over 30 years in the United States Senate, he’s run for president twice, and has served as vice president for the past four years.
