Sandusky Son Seeks Name Change

You can't blame him. The adopted son of Jerry Sandusky no longer wants to share a last name with the disgraced former Penn State assistant coach currently serving a 30- to 60-year prison sentence for the sexual abuse of children in his care. Matt Sandusky has petitioned a court to have his name, along with those of his wife and four children, changed. Matt Sandusky, who was adopted as an adult, told investigators and the media that he was also abused. "If you were pretending you were asleep and you were touched or rubbed in some way you could just act like you were rolling over in your sleep, so that you could change positions," he said last year on the Today show.
