Sandy Aftermath: Tanker Beached on Staten Island

In her wrath, Hurricane Sandy unmoored a 168-foot tanker from Lower New York Bay and carried it a nearly a mile to the shores of Staten Island Tuesday morning. No one was on board, or injured.
