A letter from federal authorities says the investigation into whether New Jersey Governor Chris Christie's administration threatened to withhold Hurricane Sandy relief money from Hoboken has closed. This comes at the same time as a former Christie ally, David Wildstein, plead guilty to charges alleging the closing of the George Washington Bridge for political retribution.
