The good news for Rick Santorum: he has cleaned up in the states where evangelicals constitute the majority of voters. The bad news: only a third of Wisconsin’s Republican primary voters identified themselves as evangelical in exit polls on Tuesday. Romney is expected to win handily in the Badger State, where voters also identify themselves as less conservative.
