It’s the biggest fundraiser for the Iowa Republican Party—and a favorite pit stop for presidential candidates. Palin’s fresh off victories for candidates she endorsed in Iowa and New Hampshire. Interestingly, Iowa has never elected a woman to Congress or to the governor’s office.
