According to a profile in The Wall Street Journal, the 30-year-old billionaire has settled into life in the Southeast Asian state nicely, driving a Bentley and achieving a sort of local celebrity as a socialite. He’s been referred to in magazines as among “Singapore’s hottest partygoers.” Saverin has continued to invest in both U.S. and Singapore-based companies, including Silicon Valley startups and a line of cosmetics started by a former Miss Universe contestant from Singapore.
