Oikos University shooting suspect One L. Goh has been charged with seven counts of murder and three counts of attempted murder. Meanwhile, Ellen Cervellon, the director of the nursing program at the university, has said that she was Goh’s intended target. Cervellon said that she denied his request for a full refund on his tuition after he left the university last fall. "In talking to several of the students and faculty who were there, I think he was looking for me. I have that weight on my shoulders, and I don't know what to do with it," she said.
