The Supreme Court on Friday accepted a case brought by three death-row inmates against Oklahoma's use of a three-drug cocktail for lethal injection. The inmates argue the execution method violates the Constitution's ban on cruel and unusual punishment. In 2014, a botched execution killed Clayton Lockett with a heart attack 43 minutes after he was administered drugs.
