Seattle’s Vigilante Superhero Arrested

Modern-day superhero Phoenix Jones was arrested Sunday after soaking several people with pepper spray in what he says was an effort to break up a fight. Jones is the leader of the Rain City Superhero Movement, a group of vigilantes who hit the streets of Seattle decked out in costumes to fight crime. Police insist the “fight” Jones claims to have been breaking up never took place—those hit with the pepper spray say they were just “dancing and frolicking around with each other.” Perhaps Jones needs a new mask with bigger eye holes to spot wrongdoing more clearly.
