It should be clear by now that if a presidential assassination threat or even a joke is made, the Secret Service will hear about it and they will immediately investigate the person who made it. So it's no surprise that Ted Nugent is now the subject of Secret Service interest after saying, at last weekend's NRA meeting, "If Barack Obama becomes president in November again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year."
