According to TMZ, former Disney star Selena Gomez was subpoenaed to testify in the lawsuit against Justin Bieber in which a paparazzi claims the petulant pop star kicked him in the stomach. The photographer claims Gomez was present when the incident happened. The subpoena comes just weeks after a leaked deposition video in another lawsuit in Miami showed lawyers asking Bieber personal questions about his relations with Gomez.
