The Senate can agree on something after all: Gen. David Petraeus, formerly the top commander in the war in Afghanistan, was unanimously confirmed as director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Petraeus assumes duties from Leon Panetta, who was approved as Secretary of Defense last week.
