‘Sesame Street’ Airing Hurricane Special

Big Bird can’t seem to stay out of the spotlight these days. After the presidential campaign turned him into a viral meme, superstorm Sandy is wreaking havoc on his nest on Sesame Street this Friday. The tweaked episode hones in on Big Bird’s attempt to repair his destroyed nest with the help of Elmo and other Sesame Street pals.
