Apparantly one Sharknado wasn’t enough. The movie, which had Tara Reid and Ian Ziering battling tornado-launched sharks to regain control of Los Angeles, inspired more than 604,000 tweets and created such a social-media frenzy that the Syfy channel has decided to make a sequel. The name of the second installment, which will be set in New York City and is slated to air in 2014, will be crowdsourced. Fans can tweet ideas to @SyfyMovies with the hashtag #Sharknado.
