Let’s hope Sharron Angle is as clever at legislating as she is at dodging the press: The Nevada Republican used decoys to distract the press after she spoke at a closed-press event at a Microsoft office in Reno. One of Angle’s aides sat in a car amid a throng of reporters outside and said loudly into his phone, “She’s ready? She’s coming out now?” Two women quickly came out and got into the car; Angle, meanwhile, snuck out a side door. The press did not notice that she left and thought she was still there until one of them snuck inside 30 minutes later and saw she was gone.
