A space-shuttle worker fell to his death from a launch pad at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Fla. Space Shuttle Endeavor was undergoing tests on the pad in preparation for its final flight to the International Space Station on April 19. NASA emergency crews failed to revive the fallen man, and an investigation into his death is underway.
