MTV reality star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is known for her quotable lines on Jersey Shore and now, according to Publishers Weekly, she’ll use her verbal skills for a new novel. The book, A Shore Thing, is reportedly about “a girl looking for love on the boardwalk.” It is expected to be released in January from Simon & Schuster’s Gallery Press. Polizzi is also reportedly working on a “Snooktionary,” though she told The New York Times in July that she’s only ever read two books—Nicholas Sparks’ Dear John and Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight.
