Snowden Threatens More Leaks

National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden made his first public statements since escaping to Russia eight days ago in a message posted on the Wikileaks website. Snowden blasts President Obama for asking Joe Biden to pressure other governments not to grant Snowden's requests for asylum, calling the move the "old, bad tools of political aggression." Snowden said the U.S. government has revoked his passport, leaving him stateless. According to Reuters, Snowden sent a letter to Ecuador requesting asylum there. Writing in Spanish, Snowden said he remains free to "publish information that serves the public interest."
