This is fitting. A Boston software developer has been awarded a day in court to argue for his cut of the Winklevoss wins' $65 milion Facebook settlement. Developer Wayne Chang claims that he had an agreement to integrate and jointly operate the Winklevoss' social-networking site ConnectU and his peer-to-peer file-sharing software, and therefore he says he's entitled to half of the twins' 2008 settlement. The Winklevoss twins have been trying to get out of their Facebook settlement for $65 million—though it's now believed to be worth about $160 million. They claim Mark Zuckerberg stole their idea for ConnectU and turned it into Facebook.
