A total eclipse of the sun will begin on Wednesday, and then end on Tuesday.
You read that right. The 90-mile shadow of the moon will travel almost 9,000 miles over Southeast Asia and the Western Pacific, at one point crossing the international dateline and stepping a day back into time.
If you miss it tomorrow—or the day before—you’ll have to wait till the future for the next solar eclipse, in August 2017.
