Space Shuttle Launch: Discovery's Final Voyage

Off they go! The NASA space shuttle Discovery launched its final voyage on Thursday afternoon, heading for the International Space Station with a crew of six, supplies, and a humanoid robot. That robot will become the first of its kind in space on Discovery’s 11-day mission, which is also meant to boost supplies at the space station. After its final voyage, the shuttle will be sent to the Smithsonian to be the first NASA shuttle presented in a museum.
