That’s one extremely dangerous step for an astronaut in space. NASA had to abort a spacewalk at the International Space Station after water leaked into an astronaut’s helmet. An hour into his six-hour trek, Italian astronaut Luca Parmitano’s eyes, nose, and mouth were drenched with water. “It’s a lot of water,” he said after he returned inside with his American space-walking partner. The water may have leaked from a drink bag. NASA doesn’t usually abort spacewalks.
