Spain Arrests 'Anonymous' Hackers

Nabbed

Found servers used in Sony attacks.

Spanish police say they have arrested three senior members of the prolific hacker collective Anonymous. According to officials, they found a computer server in one of the suspects' homes that was responsible for helping launch the attack against Sony, as well as software designed to infect other people's computers. Police started their investigation in October after the Anonymous attacked the culture ministry's website in retaliation for a anti-piracy law. Anonymous typically paralyzes servers by bombarding them with requests sent from infected computers.
