Authorities in Spain and Morocco said Tuesday they've arrested 14 people suspected of recruiting for ISIS in Iraq and Syria. The arrests, which were part of a joint operation between Spain and Morocco, took place in Madrid and in the Moroccan cities of Fez, Casablanca, Nador, al-Hoceima and Driouech. Spain's interior ministry said the operation was ongoing. The joint operation follows the arrest of 25-year-old Ayoub El-Khazzani, a Moroccan who had lived in Spain and was taken into custody after a failed attack on a high-speed French train. He is suspected of having been in contact with radical Islamists and was put on a "potentially dangerous" list before the attack.
